Survey the space to be designed. Work out multiple concepts and ideas based on the initial brief. Review and revisit the concepts to help clients reach to a holistic picture of the space. Finalize on the schematic concept in consultation and agreement with the client.

Here the finalized concepts are put into action for detailed design process. Every piece of the space is now looked upon in terms of how it looks, how it works and how it is to be built. This an elaborate phase where design is an outcome of effective dialogue between client and our design team. It also involves selection of the appropriate materials. The cost implications and time lines are finalized based these discussions in coordination with third party contractors and suppliers.

Supply to the Contractor sufficient copies of the working drawings and specifications, Bill the Quantities (if required) to enable him to execute the project. Give periodical supervision and inspection as may be necessary to ensure that the work executed as per the drawings and in general accordance with the contract. Advise the client on the quality of the work. Preside the weekly meetings on site with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to track the timely completion of project.
